Frequently asked questions
What makes a testimonial actually convert?
Specificity, relatability, and outcome focus. 'Great tool!' converts poorly. 'We cut our reporting time from 6 hours to 45 minutes in the first week' converts well. Claude Code rewrites vague testimonials to be as specific as the underlying facts allow.
Can I use Claude Code to write testimonials if I don't have real ones?
Claude Code can help you structure what customers have told you verbally or via email into written testimonials. You should always get customer approval before publishing. It won't fabricate testimonials from nothing.
Where should testimonials be placed on a landing page?
Place testimonials that address specific objections immediately after the section that raises that objection. Place outcome-focused testimonials near the CTA. Place authority testimonials (known brands, impressive titles) near the top to establish credibility early.
